More than just a job

Your start with us

Unfortunately, we currently have no vacancies.

Furthermore, we always keep our eyes and ears open. After all, we want to remain selective in the interest of our team. Therefore our motto is: Better the right Peer at the wrong time than the wrong Peer at the right time. We welcome every unsolicited application and the desire to get to know each other. To get an impression of what our goals are with our Peers and what we require to accomplish them, you can find a few of the latest calls for applications here:

Getting-to-Know and Onboarding Process

We take our time when it comes to finding the right peers (= team members). It’s important to us that not only your professional hard skills are a good fit, but also that we’re a good match for you. If we spark each other’s curiosity, we’d love to get to know you in a relaxed, small-group conversation. We want to learn what drives you, what you’ve always wanted to do, and what personal goal we might be able to help you achieve. Next, you’ll meet with some of our subject matter experts to exchange insights and get a feel for each other’s technical expertise. What do we need? What are you looking for? How can you support us? What can you learn with us? If we’re still excited about working together after that, we’ll happily invite you to spend a day experiencing life at Peerox. That way, you’ll get a feel for our atmosphere and a look behind the scenes. And if everything aligns, you’ll become part of this exciting, meaningful journey. You’ll be matched with a mentor and go through our fun and well-structured onboarding process, which will guide you step by step through our world, introduce you to your colleagues, and give you a solid understanding of our core tools and projects.

Guiding Principles

Besides professional hard skills, it’s very important to us that we align in terms of goals and values.
We offer a great deal of freedom (e.g.unlimited paid vacation) and opportunities for self-actualization, while also expecting a strong sense of responsibility toward colleagues and customers.
This setup isn’t for everyone. That’s why we’ve put our expectations into words in our guiding principles .
