Our logistics staff in the warehouse are responsible for ensuring that the palletisers run smoothly. This enables us to work with the inventory team to ensure efficient operation without having to create additional positions for palletiser machine operators.
Many companies shy away from the initial documentation effort required for knowledge management systems. In the editorial workshop with Peerox, two colleagues learned how to structure knowledge optimally and created knowledge entries directly on tablets. In just 2 x 4 hours, a first good knowledge database with texts, photos and videos was available in MADDOX. We were really surprised by how fast this was.
The operation and maintenance of our production facilities require a high level of knowledge and experience. With MADDOX, we want to support our experienced staff in both engineering and production and further increase the efficiency of our facilities.

MADDOX is set to play a central role in this strategy, helping us to increase our production efficiency and equip ourselves for the growing challenges in the labor market.
In our seasonal food production, staff turnover is a daily occurrence. Language barriers make training new employees increasingly challenging. With MADDOX, they receive troubleshooting instructions in their native language, work independently more quickly and need less support. This significantly reduces downtime and waste – a real benefit for us.
